Wer würde sofort mitessen? Zutaten: * 500 g Spaghetti * 6 King Prawns * 2 rote Zwiebeln (gewürfelt) * 3 Knoblauchzehen (gehackt) * 20 Cherrytomaten (halbiert) * 100 ml Weißwein * 10 ml Ouzo * 400–500 ml Wasser * 2 Kellen Nudelwasser * 1 EL Tomatenmark * Zitronenabrieb * Frische Petersilie * Salz, Pfeffer * Olivenöl zum Braten Zubereitung: 1. Prawns vorbereiten: Köpfe & Schalen entfernen (Schwanz dranlassen), längs einschneiden, Darm entfernen und alles gut abspülen. 2. Sud kochen: Zwiebeln & Knoblauch in Olivenöl anbraten, dann Köpfe & Schalen dazu. Würzen, Ouzo zugeben und optional flambieren.
