*Preheat Oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, add chicken, taco seasoning, and baking soda and mix throughly. Transfer the mixture to parchment paper. Add saran wrap on top and use a rolling pin to roll out the mixture to make it paper thin. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes and let cool for 10 minutes before breaking it up into chips. Serve with salsa, Guacamole, or Queso.
