Dried Apricot, Goat Cheese & Honey Walnut Canapé Recipe -20 dried apricots -2-3 ounces of honey goat cheese (or substitute bleu cheese per preference) -20 candied pecans (or substitute walnuts or herb seasoned almonds per preference) -fresh thyme -1-2 tablespoons honey Lay out dried apricots on a baking sheet.
