Griddle set with first 3 burners on medium heat and seasoned with BaconUp Cook your French fries first cause they take the longest. Defrost them before they hit the heat. When they are to your liking, push em into the cool zone. Add more grease and cook up 1 large sweet onion 1 green bell pepper. I shaved em both thin with a mandolin. As they start to brown up, add 2 lbs shaved ribeye steak. When the steak is almost done, set heat on low and add 2 tablespoons minced garlic and your cheese. Gently add 24 eggs and cook it all together being careful not to overcook. Chop and mix together then push into cool zone with fries. Warm 12” tortillas then build your burritos Cheese on bottom then fries and burger sauce (ketchup-mayo-sriracha) Big scoop of cheese steak mixture. Wrap tight then toast the outsides.
