I hate to disappoint you guys but I will not be picking this up. I have to draw the line somewhere. We love our spicy fantasy books but not everybody wants the spice. We're going to rapid fire through these because I've talked about all of them on several occasions but here we go. Let it be known that I tried to do the inverted filter just now and I just can't do it. I don't know where to look but you're starting with Throne of Glass. If you've never read it. This is the Roman Empire of fantasy period. If you've never read Throne of Glass, this is where starting. This is not spicy. There's like two total spicy scenes in the entire series. I feel like this is a no-brainer but just in case you don't know what Throne of Glass is, make it a priority. This is the Grecia Verse by Lee Bardugo. It is three different series, The Shadow and Bone Trilogy, The Six of Pros Duology and the King of Scars Duology. I have a video in my reading guides playlist on exactly how to read these books but these are YA No Spice. If you can see through the ring light, here's the first book in the Shadow and Bone Trilogy. It's just called Shadow and Bone. This is the first book in the Six of Crows Duology. Again, It's just called Six of Crows. And the first book in the King of Scars duology is King of Scars. I'm not even going to say a word about this trilogy. You guys already know. The War of Lost Hearts trilogy by Chris of Broadbent. This is probably the closest to Throne of Glass I've ever gotten. Not saying it is Throne of Glass just saying it's the closest I've ever gotten. The first book is Daughter of No Worlds. Did too. Powerless by Lauren Roberts. This is like your classic romantic that checks every box. No spice. Tons of tension though. And then Powerful is a little Nobel that goes with it. The second novel is about to come out. One dark window and two twisted crowns. This is the Shepherd King Duology by Rachel Gillig. These are incredible. There's like one maybe two spicy scenes but they're not bad. This is just like some of the most incredible writing and plot I've ever read. This is mind boggling. Also really dark and moody. So good for spooky season which on my count is almost here. Caravolt trilogy. You guys already know I'm obsessed with the Caraval Trilogy. This YA No Spice Very Enchanting Very Alice in Wonderland Esque. The first book is just Caraval by Stephanie Garber. Once Upon a Broken Heart Trilogy, you read this after Caraval. You meet the main character for this trilogy in Caraval. The first book is just Once Upon A Broken Heart. Also by Stephanie Garber. And these are just a straight up fairy tale. I love these. The Crimson Moth by Kristen Cicarelli, the US version of this is Heartless Hunter. This is a YA No Spice Lots of Tension which Witch Hunter. This is one of my favorite reads of the year so far. Divine Rivals and Ruthless Vows by Rebecca Ross. These are no spice but really really cute. This is some of the most beautiful poetic writing I've ever read. This is like wartime fantasy with Gods Rivals to Lovers Enchanted Typewriters. These are just beautiful. Last but not least is Lightlark and Night Bain by Alex Aster. These are no spice but honestly it's kind of bordering on spicy. But these are so good. Enemies to Lovers, Trials, Shadow Daddy, What's Not To Love. This ends on a terrible cliffhanger but luckily she's announced the third book Sky Shade so help is on the way. There's your fantasy rex with little to no spice. Love you. Bye.
Completed Fantasy Series ranging from 0-5 ️ level ️️‍ #booktoker | By Emma Halbrook | Here's a very very large list of completed fantasy series. Everyone's always saying they're sick of starting a series that is unfinished so here you go. There is a wide variety here from YA to really really spicy so there's something for everyone and I'll clarify as we go. Okay first up The Shepherd King Duology. The first book is One Dark Window. The second book is Two Twisted Crowns. This is an adult fantasy duology. One of the best plots I've ever read in my entire life. It's dark, moody, mysterious, super unique and interesting magic system. Spice level on these. There is like two maybe three spicy scenes throughout the entire duology. They're really really tamed though. But it is there. Divine rivals and ruthless vows. This is a completed duology by Rebecca Ross. This is Wartime Fantasy with God's Enchanted Typewriters. It's beautiful poetic writing. It's so cute and sweet. If you're not looking for cute and sweet this isn't going to be for you. This is YA. Spice Level is non there's like a few close door scenes. Zodiac Academy. I freaking love Zodiac Academy. There are nine total books. The first book is The Awakening. Also the prequel series, The Ruthless Boys of the Zodiac. The first book is Dark Faye. There are five books in that series. There's also other spin-off series in the same world but I haven't read any of the other ones. Both are incredibly spicy. These are the trash TV of romanticy. They are so freaking entertaining. You just can't stop reading. Um The Ruthless Boys of the Zodiac is reverse harem and it is significantly spicier than Zodiac Academy but Zodiac Academy is still pretty spicy. It just takes a couple books to get there. There's Faye, Shifters, Faded Mates, Enemies to Lovers, Bullying, Murder Mystery kind of. Literally anything and everything. It's so entertaining. Thrown Up Glass by Sarah J Mass. My reason for breathing. Thrown of Glass is like a prerequisite to this page. I'm not even going to talk about it but Spice Level and Throne of Glass is non-existent in till like the last couple books and then there's like maybe two or three scenes. The War of Lost Hearts Trilogy by Krissa Broadbent is also a prerequisite to my page. The first book is Daughter of No Worlds. This is one of my favorite fantasy series of all time. It's so good. The plot is one of those fantasy plots where it has a ton of working parts and as you read things slowly start to click together. I love that. The romance is good. Spice level in this. There's a few spicy scenes in the later books. I wouldn't call it a spicy series. There's just a handful sprinkled in throughout the entire trilogy. Okay, these next three all written within the same world. It's the Grecia Verse by Lee Bardugo. First is the Shadow and Bone Trilogy. A lot of people skip the Shadow and Bone Trilogy. I don't recommend skipping it. I loved it and I think that it really provides a ton of important background information for the other two series. Again, you can technically skip it if you want to but I don't recommend it. The first book is Shadow and Bone. Shadow and Bone does have romance but it's very very plot driven. It's very heavy on the politics and the war scheming and battle planning. It's though. Spice level is non-existent. This is YA. There's like maybe one fate to black. Next is the Six of Crows Duology. The first book is Six of Crows. Again, you can technically read this duology on its own. I don't recommend doing that but you can. This is very heisty. It's like Ocean's 11 meets YA Fantasy. The characters in this duology are some of my favorite of all time. The character development in these is actually wild and she slowly unravels everyone back stories throughout the duology. It's just genius. Again, spice level is non-existent. Last in the Grecia verse is the King of Scars Duology, King of Scars and Rule of Wolves. This is the only one that cannot be read on its own. If you try to read this duology without first reading Shadow and Bone and Six of Crows, you will be super lost and confused. The vibe of this series is like a mix between Shadow and Bone and Six of Crows. It's the perfect ending to the Grecia verse. It just ties everything together in a pretty little bow. However, again, there is no The Greciverse is not for spice. It is for well thought out fantasy plots. The Miss Born Trilogy by Brandon Sanderson. This is Miss Born The Well of Ascension and the Hero of Ages. This is a complete fantasy trilogy. It is not romantic. So there is not going to be any spice obviously. But this is a part of his cosmere universe which includes like a bajillion books. And my goal for 20twenty-four is to read through the entire Cosmere before the next Stormlight Archives book comes out in like December I think. So if you want to read through the cosmere with me we are starting with the Miss Born Trilogy. Okay next up we have the Caraval Trilogy and the Once Upon A Broken Heart Trilogy. These are in the same world. You read the Caraval Trilogy first. Everyone's always like do I have to read Caraval? I highly recommend reading Caraval because you're going to meet the main character for this in this. So if you don't read this first you're losing a lot of context and then if you choose to go back after this and read this, it's going to be spoiled for you. First book in the Caraval Trilogy is just caravan then legendary than finale. This is like Alice in Wonderland for adults. I say that every single time I recommend the series because it's the best way to describe it. There's games, there's trickery, there's deceit, there's mystery, there's romance. It's YA so there is not any spice. However, there is romance. So, I still wouldn't recommend this for children. Once Upon A Broken Heart Trilogy is Once Upon A Broken Heart, The Ballad of Never After, and a Curse for love. This is less games and mystery and more fairy tale. Again this is YA No Spice but I'm still not recommending it for children. There's still a lot of romance and I think that Jax sometimes forgets that he's supposed to be a YA character. Shatter Me series. There's like six books in this series but a ton of novellas as well. This is like a dystopian series. It's really good. The character development is insane. It's really good enemies to lovers. All the tropes you could ever ask for. There's plot twists left in it's YA so there's not going to be any smut but there is spice that's like off camera not described but you clearly know what's going on you know what I'm talking about so is it spicy no would I let a child read it no The Bonds that Tie by J Bree there's six books in this series and this is spicy this is very spicy this is a reverse harem it's very character romance spice driven there is a plot however That's not really what stuck with me. I had the best time. I laughed. I cried. It was hot. Just read this. Last but not least is the folk of the air trilogy AKA the Cruel Prince. This is a YA Fantasy Trilogy. So again no blatant spice but once again like we're not dumb. We know what's going on. Even if you're not blatantly describing it. So you get what I'm saying. This is Faye. There's a Fay Realm in a human realm. Enemies to Lovers. A Strong FMC. And Anyways, there's a ton of Completed Fantasy Series for you. Love you. Bye.
