A House Like Me
A House Like Me by Emily Speed. Inkjet prints, hand stencilled cardboard cover, A7 octavo fold. This small bookwork was inspired by Villa Malaparte (Un Casa Come Me) on Capri. A House built as a kind of self portrait of its owner, Curzio Malaparte. In trying to draw my own portrait as a building I found it impossible to settle as this image of myself is constantly shifting.
