The parade began at Stockport Town Hall and finished at the club’s Edgeley Park stadium. The sun shone and the colourful parade was enjoyed by all. Rugby League legend Barrie McDermott take a tumble. A team of police officers and staff from Oldham took on a 13-hour touch rugby marathon to raise money for a youth centre in the town on Saturday 26 January 2018. The 13 Hour Rugby Bash saw the police team take on teams from across the community, including a Legends team which included Barrie McDermott, Kevin Sinfield and Richard Russell. www.gmp.police.uk
