So I’ve started these simple exercises and I’m gonna do these exercises 3x a week to see how it can tone up my tummy! My next goal is to have that 川 lines abds 😜😍 

These exercises took me 20mins only! 
I’m recording here for my own reference so I will keep track of my own progress!
