2 Tsp Turmeric
1 tsp fresh Ginger
Juice of 1 or Half a Fresh Lemon
Salt and pepper 
1/4 tsp Cinnamon 
150-200ml boiling water 

Each of these ingredients are beneficial in their own way, over a consistent period of time. 

You can add as little or as much turmeric/ ginger/ cinnamon as you like. You could also choose to use fresh turmeric, where you would then blend everything together. This is just what works for me.
