Dance a hypnotic heels pole choreo with lots of turns, pirouettes and static spins with me! We’ll also work on flowy transitions, beautiful lines and slinky legwork. Prerequisites: one-legged pirouette, use of platform (slides, glides), leg rotations, ability to hold weight with your arms.
