Potluck Dip everyone will love! | Potluck Dip everyone will love! Danny shows you an easy way to make a sweet corn dip using bacon, cream cheese and white cheddar | By Danny N’s Kitchen | Alright so that was five pounds of corn and now I'm coming in with some Philadelphia cream cheese. And I'm taking one block. Two blocks, three blocks right on top of all this awesome corn. Today, I have such an awesome Potluck appetizer that your family is going to love. Now, I'm coming in with so much bacon. This probably about twenty pieces of bacon and I'm going to take one and I'm going to take all of them and I'm just going to start cutting it. I'm going to make this super fast for you so don't worry but I'm going to cut this bacon across the whole entire dish. More bacon the better. Uh Right. Look at how amazing all that bacon looks. Now to aid with the bacon and the cream cheese, I like a little spice. So this is jalapenos. Why doesn't it say it? I hate when it doesn't say it. I'm going to put a decent amount of jalapenos here. I'm going to use my hands because I don't want the dogs to accidentally get a jalapeno. I gave them a jalapeno once and oh they were like panting for water. I was like oh I'm so sorry. It was an accident. But yes I'm going to place some jalapenos just around this cream cheese. Cuz you want that cream cheese to soften and just melt right in right inside those that corn. Look how beautiful that's looking. Is starting to look delicious but it's missing something, right? Cheese. We need more cheese. We have cream cheese but we need more cheese and I'm going to take this. What is this? The sharp white cheddar? Now, I'm just going to place this right on top, right in between and oh my gosh. This is going to be absolutely phenomenal. Are you do you like corn dip babe? Oh my gosh. I cannot wait to eat all of this. You you can't eat all this. You can't even physically eat all this. Yum. Like even if you try. But you know what? I will make it easy to eat. That's for sure. I'm using this how do you say that? Queso fresco. Casero queso fresco and I'm just going to open this up like that. Look at that. Oh I'm going to use this whole entire wheel and you essentially just want to kind of like crumble it. Look at that. You want to squeeze this and get this whole entire roll across the whole entire dish. This is going to sip into that corn and it's going to just make for a super delicious recipe. We'll come in nice and close babe and check this out. Look at that. Isn't that awesome? Well, it crumbles so easily. So easy to crumble. That's what I love about the queso fresco and I'm just going to place this right on top of all this already existing cheese. Look at how beautiful this is looking. Don't worry. I'm going to make this super fast for you, okay? Alright, last little bit of this crumbled queso fresco. Oh, the dogs just got some. This is looking amazing and now, I'm coming in with some heavy whipping cream. Oh my hands are nice and nice and cheesy. So I'm just going to pour this right along the whole entire dish. You don't want too much liquid. There is some liquid in the in the corn because it is frozen corn. But it's actually not enough. You'll be very surprised how much evaporates. But look at that. How we look in there. Looks perfect. Oh and that's going to make it nice, thick, and creamy. And our final ingredient before we throw it into the oven. Chopped cilantro. This is like a Mexican inspired dish like an alote corn almost. But but with my little twist with the the bacon and all that goodness. But look at this. I'm going to put the cilantro across the whole entire edge. As you can see we're we're trying to leave off that cream cheese because the cream cheese we wanted to fully melt. Nothing on top of it. Look at how beautiful that looks. Oh my goodness. And this is ready for the oven. Be careful when you're doing the tins because they're easy to kind of concave. Fried my oven set to three fifty. I'm going to put it in there for probably about like 35 to 45 minutes. Oh my goodness. Look at how beautiful that looks. It was in the oven for that time that I said and here we go. Look, you could just tell the cream cheese. Oh and I'm just going to start mixing this up. Look at the corn. Oh my goodness. Babe, I think you're going to love this. What are you thinking? Oh my gosh. I cannot wait to eat it. Yeah. Uh so, it's okay. It's a little liquidy. The cream cheese once we blend it all together is going to make it nice and creamy but I going to mix this up super fast and not miss a beat. Alright, look at how beautiful this looks. Oh my goodness. I think that is ready. You can take this to the potluck now but you know what? I always like to do a little taste test first. So I'm going to take a little tostitos scoop. I know honey you love these. I'll go right in. Oh yeah, get that bacon, that cream cheese. Alright, blow on it. It's going to be super hot. Oh. It got my hand. I mean that wasn't hot. I'm a man. That's what men do. They don't complain right? Now that is a dip I'm on board with. Babe you gotta try this.

And how we love our cheese. Okay. Now we're going to take a eight ounce cream cheese and set it right there. We're then going to take some refried beans. Mm. We're going to put us a scoop here. And we got some extra creamy ones this time. So you know the other ones you get. They're like hard. They look like they've been processing for two or three years. These are actually really turning out nice. Did you use a on them Tim or just. No I didn't. I just took them and mixed them up. I mean. Okay so we've got our beans in our four corners. Now we are going to take some sour cream. And we're using Kroger brand. We usually use Walmart but they wouldn't sponsor us so we're kind of changing up. Okay and you're going to just put your cream cheese in the other little areas. Mhm. And it takes up the whole thing what does a lot of sour cream. It is. You know who would like that? Tyler. Our nephew. Yep. Yes. Next we're going to take some taco seasoning. Mhm. And you're just going to sprinkle it onion. This is going to be a bean dip. And you just want to do a dust in folks because taco seasoning is so strong. Yes. It's like way too much. Now we're going of course to take another bag of Mexican cheese. Mhm. And put it on top. You want it completely covering everything, right Kim? Yes. And then where are we taking this one to? We're going to take it to the oven. Mm. And bake it. Gonna push it down just a little bit. Bake it for about 20 minutes. And then serve it with some tostitos. Toast tostitos? Uh tortillas. These these chips. Tostitos. Tostitos. How do you say it Kim? I say tostitos. Tostitos. How do you say it Tyler? Tostitos I guess. Sarah? Tostitos. Alright, how do you say it folks? Toasted O's or toasted O's? Alright, bake at 350 for 20 minutes. 20 minutes. Alright, here's our dip. You know would have been good in this? What is that? If we added some sort of meat or something. Yes that would be. I guess we do. Wait. Don't we have some sausage? Yes we do. Alright so we had some leftover sausage from breakfast. So we're actually going to dump that in there now. And then we're going to mix this up. And so as we mix the sausage should get warm. And taste really good. Alright, let's mix this thing up. Look at that cream cheese. The cream cheese is something that doesn't. Oh, look how that sour cream. I know, it's really, it curdled. I'm tired. Yeah just get a good mix in Kim. I want the corners because that's where our sour cream is. Mhm. Oh shoot. Mm. Kim you're slinging them beans like a crazy girl. I didn't realize that. Man I knew it was hot but I didn't realize the when you grab it. One part it's kind of thin. Look at that. It actually doesn't look that bad. No you need to get you a scoop. And you could actually probably retry it too. Here I'm going to try this. Okay Charles I got it all stirred up. It looks really light and fluffy folks. Now it does. I know. It looks like lifted zipped it higher than the ceiling. Okay let's try this. It's going to be warm. But you should eat it when it's look at that bite. Okay so this is our our cheesy bean dip. We learned this on the internet. That's really good. Yeah.

Shrimp Chicken Jalapeño and Corn Dip. I am so excited about this dish. So let's go shenanigans. Here I have one pound of shrimp that has been peeled and deveined. Add a little avocado oil. Can't forget the old bay. Just melt paprika. Garlic powder. Drop them. Now, you're only going to cook this for about a minute to a minute and a half on one side because there'll be more cook time in your oven or air fryer. I'm giving the shrimp a rough chop. I'm going to leave about five to six out to place on top. I'm going to add 12 to 14 ounces of softened cream cheese, sour cream, rotisserie chicken. I cut the kernels about two ears of corn, two large jalapeno pepper, one green scallion, some ranch seasoning mix, can't forget the old bay, about a tablespoon of hot sauce, the hot sauce is just going to give a little bit of flavor, not heat. Mixture of Colby Jack and cheddar cheese. And face the shrimp raw side up. Now bake or air fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 20 minutes. Look at sexy. This is so good. I love mild heat and the heat for me is perfect. Honey. I had this before with toasted sourdough bread but I prefer the chips. Honey, give it a try this.
