Strategies for being overwhelmed
Life can get overwhelming quickly - and when it does, our Executive Functioning is often the first cognitive ability to suffer. When this happens, a small change or new strategy can go a long way in getting through it all. These are great strategies to support our Executive Functioning and bring back some clarity when our demands feel like they're too much to handle.
