Recycled Renaissance, where Plain meets Haute Couture and the simplest dress is made Runway Ready!😊 This pictured Tropical Extravaganza began with a plain white one-size-fits-most hoop skirt which I started cutting apart to make shorter. . . added some green fabric spray paint. . . and let my imagination go to work! This whimsical skirt features dozens of different bright Tropical flowers and greenery to give it a jungle feel. The Tropical skirt is then paired with a purchased Teal corset and then decorated to coordinate with the Tropical theme. The elaborate headdress is the crowning glory!
