Start with body weight squats in your available range of motion 2. Progress loading as tolerated 3. Transition to rapid eccentrics, again in the range of motion tolerable to you 4. As you tolerate load with rapid eccentrics, transition to very easy plyometrics (linking the movements together) in your available range of motion 5. As your tissues tolerate, get creative with how to challenge the legs by working in different directions Recommended dosage (assuming 2 session per week): 👉🏼 Beginner - 40 to 50 reps per session 👉🏼 Intermediate - 50 to 60 reps per session 👉🏼 Advanced - 60 to 70 reps per
