We're going to slide over our greased casserole dish. We're just going to put each potato blossom into the dish and we want to make sure we keep these nice and pretty. Keep those petals lined up just like this. Alright and once our blossoms are in our dish, we're going to bring over a mixing bowl and we are going to make a yummy filling for these potatoes. Of course, we're going to go with sour cream. We're doing baked potatoes here. We gotta add that sour cream. We're going to do about a cup of sour cream we're going to do an entire Lipton onion soup packet and this stuff is so good it is good on everything especially potatoes we're going to go with half a stick of softened butter just drop it and plop it we're going to do one can of cream of mushroom soup we're just going to scoop it out with our squirtle here and just get all that yummy goodness out our pub cheese this is a spreadable cheese that is absolute delicious. I love this with crackers but I also love this on my potatoes. We're going to scoop out half of this eight-ounce container. So, this is going to be half a cup and just put that right on top. We're going to mix this all up. We want to get all of those flavors mixed in and this is going to form a cheesy, savory paste for our potatoes. Alright and once your cheesy, delicious mixture is mixed up. You can stretch this with chicken broth if it's too thick. We want to add about half a cup of chicken broth on top. We're going to this a nice creamy consistency that spreads over our potatoes easily and this will also help prevent those potatoes from drying out and once that's mixed up we're going to bring our potatoes back over and we're just going to spoon out this tasty mixture on top of every potato we're going to get it inside all those crevices inside those blossoms and this is really going to infuse these potatoes with creamy delicious goodness. Alright, once we've got our cheesy mixture inside all of these blossoms, we're going to put this in a 375 degree oven for about 30 minutes and then we're going to come back and add some delicious cheese and other secret special toppings. Alright, after 30 minutes, our potatoes are completely done and they smell amazing. I wish there was smell of vision so you guys could smell this. We're going to top with some freshly grated cheddar cheese. This is going to be just like a baked potato meal. It is going to be completely delicious. We're putting about two cups of cheese on this whole dish. It's going to be melty and cheesy. Now, we're going to go with some freshly chopped bacon AKA bacon bits. You can use whatever kind of bacon you want on here. I just think these are so easy and these ones crisp up nicely when you put em back in the oven and they taste just like fresh bacon. Now, we're going to add some chives. I'm going to use these freeze-dried chives. Again, if you have fresh chives, go for it. We're just going to love chives. We're putting a ton on here like that. We're going to throw this back in the oven for about five, 10 minutes. Just long enough to melt that cheese. Come back and dive into these amazing potatoes. Alright, we baked these for about seven more minutes and our Bloomin Baked Potatoes are completely done. Look at that sizzle. These are going to be your new favorite way to eat potatoes. We're just going to use our spurtle to pick up one complete potato. Look at how perfect that came out you guys. Now, if this was cooler, you could just pluck a petal and just eat it like that but I'm starving and these are really hot. So, I'm just going to cut a piece with my fork, get some of that cheese, that delicious filling, blow on it, Make a wish and enjoy. You guys. This is the best potato I've ever made. You have to make this. So good.

Throw them into a bowl. Going to add in a sixteen ounce container of the French onion like you dip in your chips. Mmm. I think we made something else with this one time. I think so. Something like this. Chicken I believe or something. Then we are going to put in one can cream of chicken soup. You know, you can't have a recipe without that. One cup of cheddar cheese, needs two cups but you're going to save a cup for a little bit later. Mhm. Then we have teaspoon of smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Just kind of drizzle that on there. Yup, before we mix it all up. Little salt. A little pepper. And you're going to have a stick of butter melted, you're only going to use half right now. So, be a fourth of cup that you're going to use right now. You're going to mix this all together. And those are frozen, right? Yes, they are frozen. Okay. Okay, so you got it all mixed up. You take a greased nine by thirteen and dump it in your pan. Get all the potatoes and cheese out of here. Okay? Then you're going to just kind of level it out. And you're going to take your other cup of cheese and you're going to top it now with your other cup of cheese. Mmm. And our last step, you take two cups of crushed ruffles or we've got Lay's wavy chips. This is going to be your topping. And put me as many as you want on here. And then you've got your remaining butter your fourth cup butter and drizzle it on top You're going to bake this for about an hour on 350 and then you'll have smoked cheesy potatoes. And we've got our cheesy smoked potatoes. Look at that. Baked for 1 hour. We did get them out. Let it cool. It looks so good. I'm going to take this corner here. Ooh nice and crunchy. Oh look at there. This would be good for breakfast, lunch, or supper. Just got the potatoes, the cheese. I'm just worried about the smoked paprika. That's going to be good. That adds some goodness. I was really concerned with it because the smoked but it really is good. You like it a lot? I do and I. I were wondering because it took you a second. Well I was having to just kind of I think if I had made some cooked a pork roast. Maybe do some barbecue with it. Yeah. It would be really good with some barbecue. Oh I bet.

905K views · 6.1K reactions | The perfect holiday side dish! | The perfect holiday side dish! Jen makes a cheesy potato dish with bacon | By Kiera & Ryan & Danny & Justine | Alright, that was a large can of our whole potatoes into our potluck dish. I'm going straight on in with our Philadelphia cream cheese. I'm using two blocks of softened cream cheese for this delicious and easy little side dish. You can also do a whipped cream cheese but I love using the blocks and just soften and then I'm going to come in with our sharp cheddar. This is a fancy shredded because we are fancy during the holidays. You could do any of cheddar. You could do the mild, the medium. I love the sharp cheddar. It's one of my favorites and this is a two-pound bag. So, I'm just going in and just making sure that cheese is evenly distributed throughout our little chafing dish here just like so. Oh, this is one of my favorite side dishes to make for just about every holiday and what's a good side dish without some bacon and then, I'm going to grab my kitchen shears. We're going to go in and start cutting that par-cooked bacon just like so. I mean bacon, cheese, potatoes, cream cheese. What more could you ask for? I mean this just screams the holidays. And I'm just kind of rough chopping it. Making sure that we get that evenly distributed. And when it cooks up that bacon grease. Ooh it's going to just perfectly infuse into our whole potatoes. You could obviously do like a non-canned potato. You could do like the little baby reds, the yellows, the tri-colored ones. I love the canned tomatoes. I just feel to canned potatoes. They are nice and salty and they're already kind of par cooked so it just makes it easier for the holidays. I think that bacon looks pretty good. In addition to our bacon, we're going to come in with some green onion. Again, you can easily feel free to do a red onion, a white onion, a chive, a shallot but I think the color contrast is going to be amazing for this and I'm maybe about to use half of this kind of stock I guess it would be of green onion. Oh if you could smell this already it smells so tasty. I love green onion. I have a green onion girly. So I'm just going in. Gonna get this last corner. One last little chop. Perfect. And then my secret ingredient for this dish. I have some ranch seasoning. I love using the Hidden Valley Ranch. We're just going to go right on over. And give that a generous sprinkle right on top of our potatoes. I keep saying tomatoes but I'm going in with a lot of that ranch seasoning right on top of our cheese, our bacon, our cream cheese, and our potatoes just like so. Perfect. Alright, I'm going to come in with our spoon and I'm just going to ever so gently just kind of poke around and get that ranch seasoning really in place. You can even kind of break up this cream cheese. Nothing too crazy but I just want to make sure that we infuse that ranch seasoning into our potatoes and those green onion and our bacon and like I said just kind of break up that cream cheese. I think it looks pretty good because this will melt down really easy when we place it into the oven. Oh she's heavy for about 40 minutes at 350. Oh my goodness. This smells so delicious. Chicken, bacon. No, bacon, ranch, cheese, potatoes. That cream cheese, I'm just going to go in. I mean, look at how delicious. We gotta still use our cheesy ranch bacon potatoes. I mean, what more could you ask for before the holidays? This is smelling so good. I'm just going to start to smooth all this out and get everything well incorporated. Oh, I am a cheese girl. So the more cheese the better. That cream cheese, that sharp cheddar, you can see all of our crispy, delicious bacon bits. You can even top this with some crispy onions, some bread crumbs. I mean, some hot sauce even would be really delicious. Sour cream too. I'm just going to go in and get that all nice incorporated for our holiday feast. Alright, last little bit here. Again, just getting everything beautifully before we move on to our taste test. I think that looks pretty good though. Fork. I'm just going to take one bite because we have folks coming over. So I don't want to make it look like I'm eating everything. Really really hot. Just came in the oven. Little heavy. I'm out of breath but going to be really good. Enjoy.
