Ingredients • 7 bone-in chicken thighs • 2 tbs salt • ½ cup honey • ¼ cup lemon juice • 1 tbs rice vinegar/white vinegar • 1 tbs light soy sauce • 3 tbs minced garlic • 1-2 tbs chilli flakes • 4 tbs olive oil • 8 whole garlic cloves • Chopped fresh cilantro • Sliced green onion/spring onion Sliced lemons Steps • 1.
