• 1/2 tsp Ginger, ground

• 3 lbs Peaches, firm ripe

• 8 oz Raspberries

Condiments

• 2 tsp Lemon juice, fresh

Baking & Spices

• 2 1/2 tbsp Cornstarch

• 1 Recipe flaky pie dough

• 1 Pinch Salt

• 9 tbsp Sugar
