Beet juice isn’t always favorited by most people. It in fact has a slightly earthy taste that a lot of people describe as “dirt” flavor 😅 which is why most people do not prefer beet juice. Myself being one of those people. I have found that juicing beets with things like pineapples, ginger, carrots or apples completely alter the earthy flavor. This specific recipe tastes like a very sweet pineapple juice with a faint hint of ginger spice 😁🫚
