Button Jewelry - Statement Jewelry - Loaded Neutral, Rustic Browns, Tans, Beiges - Vintage Repurposed Button Necklace from Key of A Upcycled Jewelry This stunner is loaded with a mix of neutral colored vintage buttons that I sourced from a fellow vendor at a past festival and loved that they all seemed to be of the same type, color pattern and hues. Sizes of the buttons vary from about 5/8" in diameter up to about 1 1/4" in diameter. All of the buttons are hand wired with antique gold wire and all of the chain and other components are antique brass. Over 42 buttons, all thoughtfully arranged by hue, size and shape for the perfect composition and balance to create this wonderful statement necklace. There are three strands of sturdy oval cable chain used to make this layered look. It lays nice and comfortable across your neck and sternum. Horseshoe shape connectors add character to the look and used to join all of the swags of chain. The chain that finishes the necklace is of the same style and link as the triple strands. There is a large lobster in the back and an extender chain finished with our Key of A logo charm. It is surprisingly lightweight, but it is substantial and you won't need to accessorize with anything else once you put this on! A special and unique piece from Key of A that you will not see anywhere else as there is only one of me and one of this necklace!! LOL I've created several of these over the years when I come across enough buttons in a combination fitting for such a grand piece. Wear this and enjoy the compliments and conversation that will erupt as everyone admires the volume, yet wonderful color combination and how these vintage buttons can make such a statement! Length: 17.5 inches (not including the extender). Extender adds another 1.25 inches. Necklace will come attached to a jewelry mounting card and carefully packaged in a suitable box.
