I am going to keep these cutlets in the refrigerator for half an hour. It's time to get the cutlets out of the refrigerator. And what we need to do is keep a pan to heat and break an egg and beat it. Now I'm going to pour some oil in my pan. I am going to dip the cutlet into the egg and now put it in the pan to fry it. We have to cook this evenly on both sides. So let's just turn the cutlets.
