🦞 Garlic Butter Lobster and Scallops 🧄
Ingredients: 2 lobster tails, halved lengthwise 8 large scallops 4 tbsp butter 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp parsley, chopped Salt and pepper to taste Directions: Heat 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Place lobster tails flesh-side down; cook 3-4 mins. Flip, brush with garlic butter, and cook another 3-4 mins until opaque. Remove and set aside. Add remaining butter to the skillet. Sear scallops 2 mins per side until golden. How to Make Fried Calamari at Home- in my waitressing era, calamari was one of the most popular appetizer items on the menu and everyone love them- crunchy, tangy and delicious! Ingredients: 1 lbs @waldenlocalmeat squid (tubes and tentacles) 1/2 cup buttermilk 1 cup flour 1/2 cup semolina Sea salt Lemon Green onions Frying oil (I’m using avocado oil) Method: 1. Slice the tubes and soak all the squid into buttermilk for 10 minutes or longer; buttermilk tenderizes; 2. Mix flour and semolina; dredge calamari and shake off the excess; 3.
