What toppings would you recommend? Let me know in the comments. Recipe ⬇️ INGREDIENTS 1 flat bread 1 tbsp olive oil 1/3 cup apricot jam (slightly heated to spread more easily) 1 oz prosciutto or smoked salmon 2 oz brie cheese sliced 1 tbsp olive oil Dash salt Squeeze of balsamic glaze (optional) INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 425 F, brush flatbread with 1 tbsp olive oil and bake on a rack or pizza stone for about 8 minutes just until lightly browned. 2. Brush apricot jam over pizza, add arugula, prosciutto, brie cheese, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt and balsamic glaze (optional). Enjoy! . . . #rosereisman #cookb
