Rose Reisman on Instagram: "One of the easiest appetizers - flatbread. Here I’ve dressed it up with apricot jam, arugula, Brie and prosciutto. But the possibilities are endless!! Recipe ⬇️ INGREDIENTS 1 flat bread 1 tbsp olive oil 1/3 cup apricot jam (slightly heated to spread more easily) 1 oz prosciutto or smoked salmon 2 oz brie cheese sliced 1 tbsp olive oil Dash salt Squeeze of balsamic glaze (optional) INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 425 F, brush flatbread with 1 tbsp olive oil and bake on a rack or pizza stone for about 8 minutes just until lightly browned. 2.
