🍤 Shrimp and Grits with Cajun Butter 🌽
Ingredients: 200 g shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 cup grits 2 cups water or chicken broth 2 tbsp butter 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 tbsp lemon juice Salt and pepper to taste Chopped parsley for garnish Instructions: Cook grits according to package instructions, using water or broth for extra flavor. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp, Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper, cooking until shrimp are pink and cooked through (about 3-4 minutes). Stir in lemon juice and remove from heat. Serve shrimp over grits, spooning Cajun butter sauce on top. Garnish with chopped parsley.
