What sandwich should I make?
Buffalo Chicken Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 sandwich buns
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from skillet and coat each with the buffalo sauce.
- Place a slice of cheddar cheese over each chicken breast while still warm.
- Toast the sandwich buns lightly in a toaster or on a skillet.
- Assemble the sandwich by placing each buffalo chicken piece on a bun, add a generous amount of shredded lettuce, and drizzle with ranch dressing.
- Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
