Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients:
  • 2 pieces of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 sandwich buns
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chicken from skillet and coat each with the buffalo sauce.
  5. Place a slice of cheddar cheese over each chicken breast while still warm.
  6. Toast the sandwich buns lightly in a toaster or on a skillet.
  7. Assemble the sandwich by placing each buffalo chicken piece on a bun, add a generous amount of shredded lettuce, and drizzle with ranch dressing.
  8. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
