Archive of signed documents Stamped documents are now archived along with their signing details and your consent, so you have a reliable record of what was signed.
Capture employment settings on verifications You can now record your employment settings and have verifications split out per setting for clearer, more accurate reporting.
BBS weekly logs with recurring sign-off Generate BBS-format weekly logs with recurring supervisor sign-off built in, making it easier to keep your logs signed and up to date.
Weekly unsigned-log digest for supervisors Supervisors now receive a weekly digest listing logs that still need signing, so nothing slips through the cracks.
One-click unsubscribe for email notifications Recurring emails now include a one-click unsubscribe that lets you opt out of a specific type of notification.

More accurate readiness status Your readiness status now reflects minimum supervised-weeks requirements and no longer stays blocked by findings that can't be resolved, giving a clearer picture of where you stand.
Clearer pre-submission attention cards Before you submit, attention cards now spell out exactly which requirements are still unmet so you know what to fix.
Updated to current California licensure rules Licensure requirement checks now reflect current California rules, including the retirement of pre-AB 93 rulesets, removal of the repealed LPCC 150-hour community/hospital sub-floor, the 6-hour weekly supervision-credit cap for LMFT and LPCC, an advisory SB 1024 supervisor load cap, and refined weekly-cap and registration-status handling.

More accurate hours and weekly caps on reports Creditable hour totals and true supervised weeks are now calculated consistently at your overall level and shown correctly on board documents, with over-cap weeks flagged accurately.
Milestone celebrations display reliably Milestone celebrations now appear reliably once your data has fully loaded.
Reliable disclosure and re-acceptance prompts Disclosure and re-acceptance prompts now load and resolve correctly, including on a hard page load, so you can always continue.
Sign-offs no longer voided across pathways Supervisor sign-offs are now tied to each pathway, so editing one track no longer voids sign-offs on another.

13-week supervision floor tracking Your progress now tracks the required per-credential 13-week supervision minimum, and your dashboard status reflects whether you've met that floor.
Weekly supervisor-contact cap Supervised hours are now checked against the weekly limit on supervisor contact, helping you stay within BBS requirements.

Per-setting weekly tier rules Weekly hour tier rules are now applied per work setting, so your requirements more accurately match where you're gaining experience.

Paged events ledger The events ledger now loads entries in pages with a "load more" option, making long histories faster to browse.
Clearer non-qualifying hours messaging Messaging about hours that don't qualify now shows the exact figures used in the calculation for greater clarity.
