Bell Witch plunges the listener into the icy depths of grief with Mirror Reaper, forcing a direct confrontation with the dead, time, and purgatory. The 1 1/2 hour runtime of this album is the exploration of a ghost caught between life and death, and accurately portrays the experience. Thou!MirrorWitch
What do you get when you combine the solemn, dirgelike beauty of Bell Witch and the calm, haunting melodies of Aerial Ruin? A masterpiece. I hope to one day see more from this collaborative effort or witness it live. caffeinatedmetalhead
Love their versions of black sabbath classics, but Black Sabbath is the band that started it all, ain't it? They started what became the tradition of a metal band's releasing a self titled album and song.
BUT, i should also say that both Screaming at a WAll and Anarchy's Stupid (which i have via vinyl) are excellent songs. iheartf2p
