| DESIGN NAME: Maharani Mahansar PRIMARY FUNCTION: Liqueur Packaging INSPIRATION: The design of Maharani Mahansar Royal Rose Palace Edition draws inspiration from the majestic forts, palaces, and havelis of Rajasthan, celebrating their timeless grandeur. Integrating the regal sport of horse polo, beloved by Maharajas, it reflects a blend of royal elegance and playful sophistication. This heritage liqueur captures the essence of Rajasthan’s opulence, with intricate design elements paying homage to its vibrant culture and architectural splendor. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Maharani Mahansar Royal Rose Palace Edition is an exquisite blend that celebrates royalty and elegance. Infused with the delicate essence of handpicked roses, this liquor offers a smooth and fragrant profile reminiscent of regal gardens. Presented in a collector's edition bottle, it embodies luxury and tradition, making it perfect for connoisseurs. A toast to heritage, this premium creation is a true royal treasure, crafted to captivate your senses and elevate every moment. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The Palace Edition packaging exudes sophistication and functionality. Side sleeves with a magnetic flap ensure secure closure. Inside, the left side details the Mahansar Family and Master Creator, while the right features a regal gate with gold motif embossing and a golden ribbon to elegantly unveil the bottle. The bottle's tearable plastic strip ensures secure sealing and easy opening with a simple cap rotation, blending royal aesthetics with practical usability for a luxurious unboxing experience. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The packaging and bottle design of the Palace Edition seamlessly combines a regal aesthetic with modern sophistication. The label is crafted from thick textured paper, featuring embossing, intricate gold foiling, and UV printing on embossed areas to achieve a luxurious finish. The box is made from matte-finished thick sheets for enhanced durability and premium print quality, adorned with gold foiling and embossing. These design and production techniques embody elegance, celebrating the heritage and grandeur of Rajasthan. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The Palace Edition Box is designed to balance elegance and functionality with precise dimensions of 190 mm (Width) x 75 mm (Depth) x 280 mm (Height), ensuring a sophisticated yet practical structure. The Bottle within measures 145 mm (Width) x 65 mm (Depth) x 235 mm (Height), complementing the box's regal aesthetics and secure fit. The Label Size is meticulously crafted at 105 mm (Width) x 1 mm (Depth) x 120 mm (Height) to harmonize with the bottle’s design, reflecting intricate details and luxurious finishes. Through visual analysis, site visits, and collaboration with artisans, insights into traditional motifs, techniques, and finishes were gained. Key findings emphasized balancing gold motifs, embossed textures, and luxury finishes with functionality, shaping a heritage inspired design that resonates with cultural richness and modern consumer expectations. CHALLENGE: The biggest challenge in creating the Palace Edition was blending Rajasthan's regal heritage with modern luxury. Capturing palace grandeur and royal motifs required in-depth research and authentic representation. On the production side, sourcing quality materials and implementing intricate techniques like embossing, gold foiling, and UV printing required meticulous planning. Iterative prototyping, artisan collaboration, and refined methods ensured a luxurious, durable, and heritage-inspired design within budget.
