The entrance aligned with the winter solstice honors ancient traditions while local materials and contemporary design create a unique experience

 Located in the Riviera Maya, Secrets and Impression Moxche set a benchmark in hospitality design by seamlessly blending luxury, sustainability and cultural authenticity
Spanning 140,000 Square meters, with 683 rooms and 14 restaurants this resort showcases an innovative architectural vision and meticulous design
 The project combines natural elements, local materials and contemporary features to redefine the visitor experience, standing out for its commitment to the environment
 
 OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
 Secrets and Impression Moxche offer a seamless luxurious experience, blending nature, culture, and comfort. Guests enjoy hallways lined with native stone, restaurants with stunning views, private relaxation areas, a rooftop wedding gazebo, and a spa with personalized treatments. By harmonizing natural elements and modern luxury, the resort creates an immersive, unique, and welcoming experience that redefines relaxation and hospitality.
 
 PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION:
 The project began in 2018 in the Riviera Maya and was completed in late 2023. Located within the Corasol community, Secrets and Impression Moxche set new standards in luxury and sustainability. Its innovative design and cultural integration have been showcased in architectural and hospitality publications, establishing it as a benchmark in the industry.

 | PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The design of Secrets and Impression Moxche focused on sustainability, cultural authenticity, and innovation. Local materials like Mayan stone and ornamental wood were paired with Ceppo di Grey flooring and large-format glass for seamless indoor-outdoor harmony. Spaces were aligned with the winter solstice for cultural relevance, while native vegetation enhanced privacy. Functional zoning optimized guest flow, and sustainable practices minimized environmental impact.

 The project spans 140,000 square meter, featuring 683 rooms and 14 restaurants distributed across four main buildings
The triple height entrance includes Mayan stone walls and ornamental wood planks
 Building B's crescent shape optimizes views, while Building C rooftop wedding gazebo adds functionality. Key features include a 500-seat theater, a spa with 31 cabins and sustainable design elements like native vegetation and large-format glass panels to maximize natural light and energy efficiency

External factors included environmental laws, while the team blended local materials with advanced technologies to achieve a sustainable and culturally respectful design
