| DESIGN NAME: Gram Games

 PRIMARY FUNCTION:
 Corporate Workplace

 INSPIRATION:
Inspired by the immersive nature of mobile games, the design translates game-level transitions into spatial experiences. Repetitive geometric forms, evolving textures, and playful material contrasts reflect the rhythm of digital worlds. By integrating bespoke artwork, interactive lighting, and a balance of collaboration and focus zones, the office blurs the line between work and play, fostering an environment that fuels creativity and innovation.

 UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Gram Games' Istanbul office transforms the gaming world’s creativity into a physical space, merging dynamic aesthetics with seamless functionality. The workspace integrates geometric patterns, layered textures, and interactive spatial transitions, echoing game environments. Custom artwork, immersive lighting, and tactile materials enhance engagement, creating a workspace where imagination leads and productivity follows.

 OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
The office is designed as a fluid and immersive environment, where spaces seamlessly transition, much like levels in a game. Open work areas encourage spontaneous collaboration, while private zones offer focus and retreat. Custom lighting, acoustic treatments, and interactive design elements create a workspace that adapts to different needs throughout the day. By blending creativity with functionality, the office fosters engagement, productivity, and a senseofbelonging.

 PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION:
The project started in June 2024 and was completed in November 2024 in Istanbul, Turkey.

 | PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The corporate workplace design process began with a thorough briefing phase to understand the client’s needs, brand identity, and operational requirements. This was followed by spatial planning solutions that optimized workflow, collaboration, and individual focus areas. Functional layouts were developed to ensure seamless movement and zoning, balancing open workspaces with enclosed meeting rooms and social hubs. The design process incorporated high-quality 3D renderings to visualize the space and refine details before execution. Material selection was guided by commercial project specifications, prioritizing durability, sustainability, and aesthetic harmony. Carefully curated finishes, acoustically treated surfaces, and ergonomic furniture contributed to both the visual and functional success of the space.

 SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES:
The Gram Games Istanbul office is designed to meet the highest technical and operational standards, ensuring a seamless and efficient workplace experience. In addition to core engineering disciplines such as electrical, mechanical, and IT infrastructure, the project also integrates global standards in fire safety, occupational health, acoustics, and lighting. These elements were meticulously planned to optimize user comfort and enhance workplace functionality, ensuring a balanced and high-performing corporateenvironment.

 RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
The design process began with an in-depth research phase, aligning Gram Games’ corporate identity, brand values, and the imaginative worlds of their games with a future-driven global workplace approach. Understanding how the team collaborates and interacts within their space was essential, leading to an on-site analysis of their existing office usage patterns. We initiated the project with conceptual and visual workshops, including like-dislike evaluations, to gather insights on both functional and aesthetic preferences. This research-driven methodology ensured that the final design not only reflects the company’s creative spirit but also enhances productivity, collaboration, and long-termadaptability.

 CHALLENGE:
The biggest challenge was translating the abstract nature of gaming environments into a tangible, functional workspace. Achieving seamless spatial transitions while maintaining ergonomic and acoustic comfort required extensive research into material properties and layout strategies. Striking a balance between open collaboration and focused work zones involved experimenting with modular, multi-layered designelements.
