 | PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The design centers on white, complemented by natural materials and light wood tones. Light wood-patterned laminate flooring creates a warm, natural ambiance, while sleek black iron square tube stair railings link the American style with the light-colored space. The color scheme primarily uses white with Morandi blue accents. The cabinetry is mostly white, with tailored color touches for each area-black accessories in the living room, and gold accents in the dining area. To ensure privacy, the windows feature a combination of honeycomb and Roman shades for optimal light control.

 SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES:
The four-story villa spans from the basement to the third floor, with thoughtful circulation planning that ensures privacy and maximizes natural light and ventilation. The first floor benefits from natural light on three sides, while the second and third floors also enjoy excellent lighting. The basement is transformed into a golf practice room and includes a laundry area. The first floor features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with a loop-like circulation. The second floor has a children's room, music room, and study. The third floor hosts the master bedroom suite, private study, and a hotel-level bathroom.

 RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
Qing Shan Sunshine is a modern villa in Qing Shan Town, designed for harmonious living with American elegance. The combination of Morandi blue and pure white, clean lines, and natural light wood flooring creates a tranquil ambiance. The open-plan first floor features a living, dining, and kitchen area with three-sided windows for ample light. The basement serves as a golf practice room, while the upper floors include a study, music room, and private master suite. The minimalist outdoor space boasts a low-maintenance garden and BBQ area, enhanced by an automatic lighting system.

 CHALLENGE:
The project faced challenges in integrating structure and functionality. The light steel structure renovation caused significant damage to interior walls during old decoration removal, requiring full panel replacement. Managing the host's need for instant hot water was complex, but the team installed a large tankless water heater and reinforced gas pipelines for consistent supply across floors. Additionally, updating fire-resistant materials was essential, with high-grade fire-resistant walls and ceilings adding complexity to construction while ensuring safety and durability.
