 Corporate Identity
 
 INSPIRATION:
 Our intent was to represent graphically the company's main service and product offerings, while conveying security and reliability. The name of the company reflects the duality of its main product lines, which at the same time balance and complement each other. We drove inspiration in balanced duality; in the co-existing of these two elements in making the company whole. We found inspiration in duality and balance, complementary forces, interdependence, and transformation; relating to Yin-Yang.
 
 UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
 CyP's - Construcciones y Pavimentos (Constructions and Pavements) brand design features several distinctive design elements:
A creative use of perspective and symmetry, with a dashed line separating both sides, suggesting transformation and duality.  An isometric architectural style that implies construction and building elements, with chevron-like patterns representing volumetric structures and pavement patterns encompassing the company's activity and service offering.
 
 OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
 Brand was designed to be used in various formats. It has multiple versions that make ir flexible enough to be used various mediums and applications to be properly showcased.
 
 PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION:
 Project started in Bogota, on April of 2024, and was published officially in June 2024

 Brand design source files are vector images, which allow the resizing of images without losing quality, or pixelation.

 RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
 A discovery brief questionnaire was delivered to the client, which allowed us to understand the company's values and characteristics, as well as what they wanted to convey. Once this information was discussed and analyzed between parties, we delivered various design alternatives. These designs were filtered and modified until reaching a final version that the client felt correctly represented what they were looking to achieve  for their brand.
 
 CHALLENGE:
 Finding a balance between the two main components of the visual identity of the logo, while trying to keep it modern, clean, and not cumbersome.
