 RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
This research explores the spatial needs of car part factory offices through ethnographic observation and interviews with employees. By analyzing work environments in similar companies, key needs for functionality and comfort were identified. The study informed the design of a multifunctional office outside the city, balancing efficiency with employee well-being. Findings highlight the impact of well-planned workspaces on productivity and satisfaction in industrial settings.

 CHALLENGE:
One of the biggest challenges was navigating the limited openness of the firm’s owners toward change. While they accepted certain ideas, they were hesitant about others, particularly those embracing modern workspace dynamics. Convincing them required extensive research-backed arguments, demonstrating how a multifunctional office enhances productivity and well-being. Overcoming their skepticism and securing approval for progressive design choices was a key hurdle in the project.
