 INSPIRATION:
 at leash was born from the desire to merge high-end fashion with pet essentials, creating a product that reflects the owner's personal style while prioritizing pet comfort. Inspired by modular design and the way accessories personalize everyday items, the leash and collar system integrates effortless charm customization. Extensive research into ergonomics, materials, and contemporary aesthetics resulted in a product that is both functional and fashion-forward.
 
 UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
 at leash redefines pet accessories with its signature perforations, allowing for unparalleled customization through attachable charms. Crafted from premium, durable materials in sophisticated colorways, it blends aesthetics with function. The wide design ensures pet comfort and control, while the innovative snap buckle enables effortless fastening. Designed for discerning pet owners, at leash transforms everyday walks into a stylish expression of individuality.
 
 OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
 at leash is designed for ease of use and self-expression. The snap buckle allows pet owners to connect or remove the leash with a simple click. The wide collar provides a comfortable fit, distributing pressure evenly for added security. The Juju holes enable instant personalization: charms click in effortlessly, making each collar unique. The adjustable leash handle adapts to different carrying styles, ensuring both convenience and comfort. By blending function and style, at leash enhances every walk, creating a seamless experience for pets and owners.
 
 PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION:
 Development began in October 2024 in Shanghai, with multiple iterations to refine materials, durability, and user experience. Each prototype was rigorously tested for comfort, usability, and strength, ensuring the final design meets the highest standards of functionality and aesthetics.
 
 
 | PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: at leash is crafted using high-quality TPU-coated webbing, chosen for its durability, water resistance, and smooth, premium feel. The collar and leash feature precision-cut holes reinforced for structural integrity, ensuring lasting performance without compromising flexibility. The snap buckle mechanism is engineered for a secure yet effortless connection. Through multiple prototyping phases, we refined the balance between comfort, strength, and customizability, resulting in a product that elevates both function and style.

 RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
 Our research identified gaps in the pet accessories market, particularly the lack of customizable leashes and collars. Competitor analysis and user feedback revealed existing products were too basic or purely functional, lacking personal expression. Testing with pet owners highlighted the need for style and practicality. Durability assessments led to TPU-coated webbing. The key insight was the demand for personalization, inspiring Juju holes for charm attachment. at leash combines thoughtful design, comfort, durability, and personalization.
 
 CHALLENGE:
 The biggest challenge was integrating customization without sacrificing durability. Existing materials lacked both flexibility and strength, leading us to explore TPU-coated webbing for its resilience and premium feel. Engineering the juju holes to allow for easy charm attachment while maintaining the structural integrity of the collar required multiple iterations. Another challenge was designing an adjustable leash handle that adapts to different carrying styles while remaining sleek and intuitive.
