Our Research Objectives were to understand the needs and preferences of glass collectors for a home bar cabinet. We interviewed the customer-collector himself but we also engaged with glass collectors from diverse backgrounds and demographics, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of user requirements. As result we identified key features desired by glass collectors, such as ample storage, ease of access, and elegant display options. Those insights guided the design process, informing decisions on layout, materials, and functionality.

 CHALLENGE:
The creative challenge of our project was to design a home bar cabinet that seamlessly integrates luxurious aesthetics with practical functionality, catering specifically to glass collectors with diverse collections. Several obstacles were encountered during development:
Historical Perspective: Balancing the timeless elegance of Art Deco design with modern functionality required careful consideration of historical design principles while innovating for contemporary needs.
Social Perspective: Understanding the evolving lifestyle trends and preferences of glass collectors within the context of modern living spaces was essential for creating a relevant and desirable product.
