| DESIGN NAME: Porochista PRIMARY FUNCTION: Piano INSPIRATION: Porochista's design is inspired by super sports cars with curved and dynamic forms in such a way that the general appearance and form of classical acoustic pianos is preserved and as if it has reached this form over time. The combination of glass, metal and its main body with matte black color will be compatible with any arrangement and those interested in modern and contemporary style can have a different experience of the design of an acoustic piano. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Porochista is a modern and luxurious acoustic piano for professional pianists who want an acoustic but modern piano. At the same time, digital piano facilities are also considered in Porochista concept. All these features are controlled by a large touch monitor installed on it. Things like recording and playing , displaying notes on the monitor, adjusting the volume and even... OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Prochista has common details with other pianos and it shouldn't be otherwise, but the points that distinguish it are having a large and touch monitor to provide better conditions for the piano player by displaying music notes in an animated form. In addition, the hidden compartment on its upper part allows you to place a notebook on it and just touch a corner of it to come out and lean the book on it. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: According to the curved forms used in the production of Prochista, like the production of a car body, it will require steps such as CNC in different parts, molding and casting. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Total Size 265 x 190 cm TAGS: Piano, Music, Musical, RESEARCH ABSTRACT: During my interior design work, I consistently faced the challenge of not finding unique modern pianos on the market. Available pianos were predominantly classical or, due to unconventional forms, no longer resembled traditional pianos. This led me to design a piano that would capture the attention of interior designers and modern enthusiasts alike, offering a suitable option based on the elements present in their homes or desired spaces. Even during the three-dimensional modeling process, I focused on integrating its internal mechanisms for better cohesion. CHALLENGE: The challenge in designing this piano was to achieve a dynamic form with a sense of suspension at the rear end, while ensuring good stability. Preserving the overall authenticity of the piano's form in a way that, at first glance, resonates with acoustic piano players and enthusiasts, was another significant design challenge.
