The lineup for the 2024 Aftershock festival has been revealed, and it features the reunited Slayer along with fellow headliners Slipknot, Iron Maiden, Pantera, Mötley Crüe, Judas Priest, Five Finger Death Punch, and Disturbed. The four-day fest is set for October 10th-13th at Discovery Park in Sacramento, California.

The fest will mark Slayer’s only West Coast appearance of 2024, as well as Maiden’s only US festival gig of the year. Slayer recently announced that they’d be reuniting to play Riot Fest and Louder Than Life, marking their first shows since wrapping up their farewell tour in November 2019. Meanwhile, Pantera are making good on their promise to play Aftershock after bowing out last year.

This year’s Aftershock fest will include two headliners on each day. Slayer and Pantera will co-headline the Thursday (October 10th) bill that will also feature Lindemann, Ministry, Halestorm, Filter, Cypress Hill, grandson, Sevendust, Static-X, Biohazard, Insane Clown Posse, Ho99o9, Better Lovers, and more.

The Friday (October 11th) lineup will be topped by Slipknot and Five Finger Death Punch, and also include Evanescence, Dropkick Murphys, Rise Against, Mastodon, Juliette and the Licks, Architects, Poppy, Daron Malakian’s Scars on Broadway, L.S. Dunes, Code Orange, Highly Suspect, Marky Ramone, and more.

Iron Maiden and Judas Priest top the Saturday (October 12th) bill, rounded out by Breaking Benjamin, Anthrax, Staind, Clutch, Lorna Shore, Body Count, Tech N9ne, Coal Chamber, Whitechapel, and others.

And Mötley Crüe and Disturbed close out the fest on Sunday (October 13th), topping a bill that also includes Falling in Reverse, Seether, Skillet, Flogging Molly, PUP, Tom Morello, Shadows Fall, Eagles of Death Metal, Fear Factory, The Armed, and more.
