Kristin is a bold, visionary leader whose career has been defined by courage, reinvention and a passion for building resilient revenue engines. She began her career at just 22 in Costa Rica, launching her own agency to help boutique hotels navigate early digital transformation. After earning her MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, Kristin joined Caesars Entertainment where she spent a decade leading revenue transformation across markets from London to Las Vegas.
Known as a change agent, Kristin helped companies navigate acquisitions, economic shifts and complex operational challenges. She then brought her enterprise expertise to mid-market firms, scaling one company’s revenue from $8 million to $20 million in two years, even amid a global pandemic.
In 2023, Kristin stepped in as CEO of House of Revenue during a pivotal transition, stabilizing operations and expanding services. When the parent company suspended operations in 2024, Kristin made a courageous move to launch The Rev Collective, retaining 100% of her team and clients. She refined the company’s mission, retooled its offerings and adopted The Priority Sale framework to help human sellers stay relevant in an AI-driven world.
As Executive Director of Colorado Companies to Watch, Kristin supports second-stage businesses fueling the state’s economy. A two-time Titan 100 honoree, she mentors rising leaders, speaks statewide on modern sales and volunteers at her son’s school.
Kristin’s leadership is rooted in resilience, purpose and a belief that courage is regret insurance. Her impact reaches far beyond numbers, shaping people and businesses for meaningful growth.
