Spring!!!

Three workers in high-visibility vests are in the back of a moving flatbed truck on a wet city street; one worker stands and uses a long-handled tool to sweep or push snow or debris from the truck bed while the other two are seated, and the truck drives forward as a dark gray car passes closely on the right, creating a large spray of water from the wet road.
