Now we're just going to make sure that this is lathered on the bottom of it. Just go super fast. This step's important but it's not that important. Look at that. Looks delicious. So now I'm going to take some meat and I'm going to add some taco seasoning to it. It's pre-cut and pour about, you want to pour about half the bag. And your ground beef is precooked, right? Yup. Pre-cooked ground beef. I like I I like the lean meat so because it doesn't have that much grease. So, I'm just going to stir this all together. Look at that. I'm going to go super fast for you guys. You guys can take your time, okay? Make it more elegant but ooh look at that. That looks pretty good to me. What do you think? Looks delicious. Looks delicious, right? Once like the dry ingredients isn't isn't dry anymore. It's okay if you have a little bit. We're going to take that. Put the whole thing. This is a pound of meat by the way. Pound of beef. You're just going to put it on top of that cheese. And this is all in just like a standard pot. Yes your standard pot. I would recommend using an oven safe pot and I'll show you why here in a sec. La Victoria salsa. This is my favorite. I like the thick and chunky for this recipe. And we're not going to pour all of this alright? We're just going to do a little bit of this. Okay? See that? That should be good. We don't want too much, alright? Cuz we want it to stay relatively dry and then you just spread it on top of that meat. Oh, this technique is going to blow your mind. Do you have any idea what I'm doing? No clue. No? Alright, cool. That's the, well, we're we're about to find out. I'm using diced green chilies. You can substitute this for anything else. Olives, you can substitute it for jalapeno, I'm going to use the whole entire thing. I drained this so make sure that you drain this, alright? I'm so excited. Look at that. Can you see what inside? Look at that. Looks great. I know you like more salsa but I don't like too much salsa. I prefer a lot of cheese please. Now, check this out. I'm doing rounds. Tortilla Mission Realms. I'm going to throw it in the oven at three fifty. We're going to throw it in there just so everything gets nice and hot. 15 minutes. Oh I just took it out of the oven. Check this out. This is the secret. Ready? Mhm. Three. Two. One. It's hot. Alright, here we go. Ho ho ho. Look at that. Wow. Look at the cheese is nice and crispy right here. Now, I'm going to you can do whatever you want but I love sour cream. So, I'm going to take a squeeze bottle of sour cream. Now, I'm just going to Put it all over. People are going to love this. See that? This bite looks good. Looks perfect. It almost looks like it was designed for me. See that? Got a little bit of salsa, a little bit of everything you need. Boil on. It's going to be hot. You just going to be generous. Generous. Generous with your pour. Terrific. That's just the right amount. Take your brown sugar. I like to use the light brown sugar. See this much button in my hand? I'm going to break it up into little pieces and you're just going to spatter it over it like this. Like lots of crystallizing. Lots of crystallizing. We're we kind of want the chunks to be smaller. We would not want a big chunk because it will kind of like affect how the potato chips get cooked. Cool. And Okay. Oh my goodness. And you can use dark. You can use dark. Dark just cooks differently. So I like to use light butter. Got it. Cool. And this is two bags of this. Two bags. Bacon. This is already fully cooked. Already fully cooked. So I like to do the fully cooked only because then I don't have to worry about like oh my gosh did it get cooked? Oh so you're literally just ripping it. I'm ripping it or you can just do it. Add the same faster. Cut chunks. So you kind of want to disperse it. Disperse it. Make sure it gets a covering. Bacon and brown sugar is honestly one of my favorite combinations. Well I normally put it on like my potatoes. But not like my chips. I've never done it on chips. That's a terrific idea. Okay so do you see how thick of a covering we're getting? Yep. That also what's really nice about the bacon is the grease from the bacon is really going to get all over the chips. It's going to be amazing. Cat looks like you're loving it. Cats love my cooking. They love my cooking. Okay, so you got that. All done. Little bit more maple syrup. Again. Because the first layer probably seeped in. And also we want it on top of our bacon. To crystallize it. It's like the champion of appetizers. Yes. These are going to be your new crowd favorite. Anytime you have a party over. You have a kids party. You have a barbecue. Everybody is going to want this. I love it. Isn't this incredible? Alright so one whole bag of cheese. I just use the whole bag. But what we're really doing distributed. It's already Look at that. Okay. Got it. So you got all your Leo's underneath. It's so done. I'm going to put it in the oven. So again this is just Old Dutch. You can use ruffles but Old Dutch is my favorite. I just because ruffles basically. They're basically ruffles but I feel like you have more bang for your buck with the old Dutch. Okay. You know what I'm saying? And then you don't cover this when you put it in. Don't cover it. Yep. You're going to put it in the oven. You're going to make sure you check it out. Your dog is very anxiously waiting for it. Yeah he definitely wants to eat this. This looks amazing. You're going to check on it. Melting it. Just melting it. Okay quick. Put it on broil. Put it on broil. And watch it. One. Seriously, can you saw it? I can't see it. I can't see it. Okay here we go. Oh my gosh. It's crisping right on up. Holy cow. It is really doing it. So the key to this is just watching it because you're boiling it so it could it could burn. It could burn at any second so you cannot take your eyeballs off of it. You want to look at all parts of the pan at all times. And it's done? It's totally done. I'm going to put my little oven mitts on and I'm going to take it out. Oh my gosh it's so good. Okay here we go. I'm going to close it for three seconds. One. Two. Three. Okay here we go. Broiled it on high. Okay. Let's see it. Okay here we go. It crisp it up. Crisp it right up. Oh, wow. It's so good. I'm going to count to three. Here we go because it needs a little more crispy. Okay. Cuz what color do you like the cheese to be on top of yours? Yellow. My gosh. Is it good? Yes. Okay. How do you break a piece? So you just start breaking it off. When you serve it you're going to break it all up into pieces. Put it in a big bowl. Serve it. This is my brown sugar and maple where it all really got mixed up. That's crispy sweet. Bacon, maple syrup,
