We're going to get our water boiling. Add you a little bit of butter and some Dano's spicy. That's the red top. Wanna add a bunch of it. Alright, our corn's boiled for about 10 minutes. Now, we're just going to turn it off. We're going to let it sit and soak up that flavor. Alright, after 20 minutes of soaking in that juice, you could eat this by itself but we're taking it to the next level. Get you some mayonnaise and baste it on the corn. Little bit of Dan O's spicy. That's the red top. Little bit of Dan O's Chipotle. That's the maroon top. And last, you're going to need the cream top. That's the cheesening. Put a bunch of that on there. Now, it's time to finish it off. You're going to need some crema, Some of this white cojita cheese. It's crumbly Mexican cheese. We'll crumble that right over the top. Some chopped up cilantro. Last step, you need a fresh squeeze of lime. And now it's time to get messy. Wow.
