Christina Quarisa on Instagram: "🫶Nonna’s Authentic Custard Recipe🫶 ⭐️⭐️NONNA’S CUSTARD⭐️⭐️ - 6x egg yolks - 1 cup of white sugar - 1L of full fat milk - Skin from 1 lemon - 7 TBSP of cornflour - 1/2 cup of extra milk - 180 grams of chocolate, melted 1. In a large bowl, add the egg yolks, sugar and mix through with a spoon. 2. In a seperate skillet, add the milk and lemon skin and turn the stove to a low heat. 3. In a separate bowl, add the corn flour and half cup of milk and mix it through- add this to the egg/sugar mixture and mix it together. 4. With a hand strainer, pour the egg/corn flour mixture into the strainer, over the top of the milk/lemon peel mixture, on the stove and mix it through vigorously on a medium heat until you reach a custard mixture. 5.
