Ari Roberts on Instagram: "Trash Can Nachos on the @blackstoneproducts griddle for Cinco de Mayo. I used pre seasoned carne adobada and I mixed in beef chorizo. Warmed up canned nacho cheese. Added the chips to warm on the griddle with fresh grated Colby jack cheese to melt. Placed a spoonful of nacho cheese on the board then added the can in place. Layered the tortilla chips, meat, nacho cheese, black beans, avocado, homemade pickled red onion and fresh sliced jalapeno.
