ahhh, the outdoor spa! let's start with weatherized pallets to create the deck floor, then add wonderful round and pallet wood deck accessories and furniture in addition to loads of handcrafted linens and amazing organic accessories. top it off with bountiful plants in diy pallet containers and you have paradise! off of the back of the cottage, there is a dainty little deck enclosed by a round wood canopy with a retractable fused plastic bag and canvas cover- a set of roman shade rolled metal fabric screens can further enclose the space if desired. several tiered tree stump side tables flank a corner pallet sectional that rests next to a re-purposed three piece pallet wet bar counter and cabinet set- complete with round wood legged stools attached to sliced tree trunk seats that sit adjacent to an earth bag bar top and pallet wood racks hung from the round wood canopy. there is also a multifunctional bike powered appliance that operates as a blender and transforms into a washer with the change of a large plastic jug. whether working out/ washing, taking a spa or enjoying a snack and drink, the close proximity to the garden allows residents and guests to come out for fresh organic drinks anytime as well as enjoy pre and post spa raw foods and drink service with minimal effort. the bar sink, wood burning tub, earth plastered sauna and outdoor shower share a solar water heater and a thermal mass heater with a day bed sized bench for heated spa pack wrap rests. tea and coffee can be made via the kettle topped earthen plastered hot top by by the heater. harvest the green roofs on the front of the house by climbing the house wall mounted sliding ladder on the deck.
