Raccogli i mandarini, (oppure acquista frutti italiani) elimina la buccia e frullali interi e passali al setaccio per ricavare 250 ml di succo. Aggiungi l’amido di mais e lo zucchero oppure eritritolo. Mescola sul fuoco fino a che il composto si addensa e versa in un contenitore sul cui fondo avrai fatto aderire la pellicola trasparente. Fai riposare in frigo qualche ora, rovescia il gelo su una tavola e taglialo a cubetti. Tuffa i cubetti nel cioccolato fondente fuso a bagnomaria e fai raffreddare. This chocolate chip oatmeal cookie recipe with orange zest comes out soft, chewy, and totally delicious! These orange oat cookies are ready in under 30 minutes, naturally sweetened with maple syrup, gluten-free and dairy-free!
Butter 100g Powdered sugar 20g Egg yolk 1 Condensed milk 40g Almond powder 20g Low-gluten flour 222g Orange zest 1 Grate some zest. Slice the orange & pat dry with kitchen paper. Use a mixer to cream the butter until soft; add powdered sugar & beat until it turns slightly pale. Add the egg yolk and condensed milk & mix well. Add sifted flour & almond powder into the mixture & mix it. Add the orange zest, mix & knead into a dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap & refrigerate for 30 min. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3mm and cut out circular shapes using a cutter. Place the circles on a ventilated mat, then top each with a slice of orange. Preheat the oven to 150°C, bake the cookies for 30 min, & sprinkle powdered sugar on top before serving. credits to: @qeleg_cake

For the Citrus Base: Slice 4 types of oranges, including blood oranges. Boil sugar, water, and orange juice to make syrup. Simmer all oranges (except blood oranges) in syrup for 10-12 minutes. For the Cake Batter: Whisk eggs and sugar, then add peanut oil, yogurt, heavy cream, extract, orange juice, and zest. Sift in flour and baking powder. Arrange candied orange slices in an ombré pattern in a parchment-lined 8-inch pan. Pour batter over slices. For the Syrup: Simmer the remaining syrup with sugar and orange juice until pourable. For the Mascarpone Cream: Blend mascarpone, whip cream with sugar, fold in vanilla and combine. Baking and Serving: Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes. Cool, invert, serve with mascarpone cream and syrup. Enjoy! #CitrusDesserts #CitrusDesserts
