20min · 20 servings Ingredients • 1/2 lb 80/20 ground beef • 2 tsp crushed garlic • 1 tsp minced ginger • 2 green onions, thinly sliced • 1/3 cup low sodium chicken broth • 1 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tsp sesame oil • 1/4 tsp white pepper • 1/4 tsp salt • 1/4 tsp sugar • gyoza wrappers, about 30 • 1 tbsp vegetable oil • 3 tbsp hot water Directions • 1. Prepare the filling by combining the ground beef, garlic, ginger, green onions, chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, salt, and sugar. Mix just until combined so as not to overwork and toughen the meat. • 2. Spread some water around the gyoza wrapper then place 1 tsp of the filling in the center. Fold the wrapper over to create a half moon and seal the edges shut. You can crease it to any design you like here
