(Open rp) Through the haze of, what can only be described as a dreary Wednesday afternoon, I found myself leaning heavily on the table, in a hole-in-the-wall kind of cafe. I had scattered my notes and my plans all over and I focused on only my writing. I am vaguely aware as you sit across from me and raise a questioning eyebrow. I hide my face in the nook of my elbow and mutter, "shut up." You raise both arms in defense and say amused, "I didn't say anything...."
