Jeans skirt cut offand ties added the inside i used a tieto cover tge seam.

I just took a T-shirt from American Eagle, and I cut the neck hole out straight across. The I folded the back of the shirt into two, and made about 1 inch slits all the way down. After that, I stretched it out so the back would roll up and it creates this edgy look!
