The majority of this quilt can be done on your embroidery machine (any format but must have a hoop size of 7 x 10 or larger). $100 for the pattern and digitized designs. $15 for each class. Last week was my Family Reunion applique club at Quilts Etc. We did the very last blocks that will go in the quilt. My students have been doing so well! I added the lemonade jar to sit on the end of the food table.... ...and of course, a stack of paper cups for the lemonade and to go along with the paper plate and plastic utensils that we have already put into the quilt. When planning a family reunion, it’s always good to think about details such as any mementos or souvenirs you’d like to create ahead of time, whether to remember the reunion or for attendees to take home. Here are some ideas for both types of keepsakes.

I know this is hard to see, but I finally finished this project that my sisters and I have been working on for about a year. It's my first Lori Holt pattern, one of many that I have, and it was sure fun to do. We adapted some of the blocks to be more personal for our family, which made the quilt even more special. FRIENDSHIP QUILT. For life event commemoration, honorarium, e.g., graduation, wedding, baby shower, retirement, birthday, etc. Guests sign their names with permanent fabric marker in the white sashing part of quilt top, before batting quilting. Some suggest that you have them sign names on cut strips, or send the fabric strip in the invitation and have guest return with RSVP. Then piece the name strips into the quilt. Excellent idea!
