This adorable blue sea turtle is riding a wave of blue crushed glass on an 8 inch x 10 inch picture frame. This beach art is made using a blue sea turtle figurine ( 3 inches long) and crushed glass. I attach the turtle to the picture frame glass with adhesive. Next, the crushed glass is arranged by hand to make the wave and clear plastic spheres are added for the bubbles.
