It’s Friday! Ahhhhhh!!! This week has been ruff I’ve been under the weather + allergies & my cycle decided to start on top of that Retro Is messing me up ( If ya know ya know) I have still managed to get my workouts in this week, I usually do at least 5-6 times per week.
